Balancing the demands of work with the responsibilities at home can often be overwhelming and can result in a mind that is continuously distracted. This can  lead to stress, frustration, changing or leaving jobs  or even divorce.  Training the mind leads to much greater levels of life  and work satisfaction and general happiness. 

Frank´s life work is to educate and design training programs for individuals and organizations  that develop these 4 areas to their maximum potential and make it possible to achieve the highest levels of wellness and happiness.  We all need to be able face each and every difficult challenge that is presented in our lives with strength, courage, compassion, focus and mental clarity.  

As a result, we are less prone to the damaging effects of stress and burnout syndrome, so we incur less sick days and we have less need to leave  or change our jobs.  We are more efficient and productive in the present moment, so we can accomplish much more in far less time.   We learn to communicate and listen effectively, which creates productive teamwork and reduces time-wasting conflicts that take away from the tasks at hand.  In such a positive environment and  with such a transformed mind-set, many more new creative ideas are able to be generated,   Finally, by training our mind to be in the present moment and not clouded by distorting emotions, we are much more focused and much better equipped to manage the balance between our work and home life.  This leads to dramatic increases in happiness levels.
